Application of Staged Preoperative Psychological Nursing Combined with Enteral Nutrition Support in Patients with Esophageal Cancer
Objective:To explore the application effect of phased preoperative psychological nursing combined with enteral nutrition support in patients with esophageal cancer.Method:97 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(n=48 cases)and research group(n=49 cases)according to different intervention programs.The control group was given routine enteral nutrition support program,while the study group was combined with phased preoperative psychological nursing,on the basis of control group.The psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],hope level(Herth hope scale)and quality of life(GQOLI-74)of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Result:After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of Herth hope scale in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of GQOLI-74 scale in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of phased preoperative psychological nursing on the basis of enteral nutrition support can not only improve the psychological state of patients with esophageal cancer,but also improve the level of hope and quality of life of patients.
