Comparison on the Influence of Laparoscopic,Transabdominal and Transvaginal Hysterectomy for Postoperative Life Quality and Sexual Life Quality of Patients
Objective:To investigate and compare the influence of laparoscopic,transabdominal and transvaginal hysterectomy for postoperative life quality and sexual life quality of patients.Method:A total of 180 patients with hysterectomy in People's Hospital of Xintai City from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into group A,group B and group C by the method of random number table,60 cases in each group.The group A were treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy,the group B were treated with transabdominal hysterectomy,the group C were treated with transvaginal hysterectomy.Then the operation time,blood loss,exhaust time,hospitalization time,complications rates,life quality[World Health Organization Quality of life brief(WHOQOL-BREF scale)]and sexual life quality(sexual life quality questionnaire for women)before operation and 3 months and 6 months after operation of three groups were compared.Result:The operation time of group A was significantly longer than those of group B and group C,the blood loss of group A and group C was significantly less than that of group B,the exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The complications rates of three groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The WHOQOL-BRE scale and sexual life quality questionnaire for women of three groups at before operation and 6 months after operation were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The WHOQOL-BRE scale and sexual life quality questionnaire for women of group A and group C at 3 months after operation were significantly higher than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The short-term adverse influence of laparoscopic and transvaginal hysterectomy for postoperative life quality and sexual life quality of patients are smaller than those of transabdominal hysterectomy,while the differences of long-term adverse influence are not significant.
