Effect of Esketamine Combined with Ropivacaine on Pregnant Women with Epidural Block Cesarean Section
Objective:To explore the effect of Esketamine combined with Ropivacaine on pregnant women with epidural block cesarean section.Method:A total of 96 pregnant women of epidural block cesarean section in Anesthesiology Department of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from February 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected. They were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to the use of different analgesic drugs. The observation group was given Esketamine combined with Ropivacaine analgesia after surgery and the control group was given Ropivacaine analgesia after surgery. The pain degree before surgery and 6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery, inflammatory factors before and 1 d after surgery and hemodynamics at preoperative(T0),postoperative 6 h(T1),12 h(T2),24 h(T3)were compared between the two groups.Result:At 6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery, the visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).T1,T2 and T3,the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)of the two groups were lower than that in T0,and the MAP and HR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d after surgery, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were higher than those before surgery, and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esketamine combined with Ropivacaine has better analgesic effect after epidural block cesarean section, which is more conducive to stabilizing hemodynamic indexes and alleviating inflammatory response.
