Effect of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets Combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Patients with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Method:The clinical data of 68 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy who admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the control group(n=34,Labetalol Hydrochloride)and combined group(n=34,Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride)according to the treatment plan.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],uterine hemodynamics index[resistance index(RI),ratio of systolic to end-diastolic maximum blood flow velocity(S/D),pulse index(PI)],serum cytokines[glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),liver X receptor α(LXRα),malondialdehyde(MDA),cholesterol regulatory element binding protein-1c(SREBP-1c)]levels before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);after treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,PI,S/D,RI and serum LXRα,MDA and SREBP-c in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of GSH-Px in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can improve the therapeutic effect,and can improve the blood pressure level,uterine artery hemodynamics and lipid metabolism level,reduce the body's oxidative stress response,and is safe and reliable.
