Effect of Budesonide Combined with Acetylcysteine Atomized Inhalation in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To investigate the effect of Budesonide combined with Acetylcysteine atomized inhalation in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Method:A total of 80 patients with AECOPD admitted to Cangshan Branch,900 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2017 to December 2022 were prospectively selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given atomized inhalation of Acetylcysteine, and the observation group was given atomized inhalation of Budesonide on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, lung function, blood gas index, inflammatory factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC%in both groups were increased, and the PEF,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC%in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was decreased, and the oxygen saturation(SaO2)and oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)were both increased in both groups,PaCO2 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and SaO2 and PaO2 were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were decreased in both groups, and the levels of CRP,PCT and IL-1β in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with Acetylcysteine atomized inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD patients has significant clinical effect, which can improve the lung function level of patients, improve blood gas, reduce inflammation, and has a certain safety.
