Application of Chinese Medicine Ear Point Compression Bean Combined with Double Heart Nursing in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI
Objective:To discuss the application of Chinese medicine ear point compression bean combined with double heart nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:A total of 180 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of Shantou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into reference group and experimental group,90 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing, and the experimental group was given Chinese medicine ear point compression bean combined with double heart nursing on the basis of the reference group.Sleep condition, cardiac function index and negative emotion before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder and sleep quality scores of experimental group were lower than those of reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)in experimental group were lower than those in reference group, and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, anxiety and depression scores of experimental group were lower than those of reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double heart nursing combined with Chinese medicine ear point compressing bean has a good application effect. This kind of intervention can improve the sleep condition of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI and effectively relieve the psychological pressure. At the same time, combined nursing has significant advantages in promoting the improvement of patients'cardiac function.
