Objective:To exprole the effect of systematic nursing under PERMA mode on elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 150 elderly patients with stable COPD who admitted to TCM Hospital of Wuxue City from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the control group(routine intervention)and observation group(systematic nursing under PERMA mode)according to the random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The negative emotions, psychological elasticity, lung function and overall rehabilitation effect of two groups before and after 2 months of nursing(after nursing)were compared.Result:After nursing, the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)and St.George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)in two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism, forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC%in two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systemic nursing under PERMA mode in elderly patients with stable COPD can reduce negative emotions, improve psychological resilience level, lung function and overall rehabilitation effect.
