Application Effect of Internal Fistula Passport in Hemodialysis Patients with Autologous Arteriovenous Fistula
Objective:To explore the application effect of internal fistula passport in hemodialysis patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula.Method:A total of 72 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in the Blood Purification Center of Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch)from December 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the control group(using traditional internal fistula evaluation and puncture method)and the observation group(using internal fistula passport to evaluate and puncture internal fistula)according to different nursing methods, with 36 cases in each group. The puncture effect, puncture satisfaction, fistula complications and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The blood flow adequacy rate, internal fistula patency rate and one-time puncture success rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of internal fistula complications was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of internal fistula puncture satisfaction, physical function, social function and psychological function in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal fistula passport effectively improve the success rate of puncture in patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula, reduce the incidence of fistula complications, and improve the quality of life and puncture satisfaction.
