Effect of Stepped Physical Restraint Nursing Based on Grade Evaluation Guidance on Neurosurgical Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of stepped physical restraint nursing based on grade evaluation guidance on neurosurgical patients.Method:A total of 80 neurosurgical patients admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected, they were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine physical restraint nursing, and the observation group received stepped physical restraint nursing based on grade evaluation guidance. The indexes related to physical restraint, knowledge related to catheterization, nursing satisfaction and occurrence of unplanned extubation were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of body restraint in observation group was shorter than that in control group, and the proportions of body restraint and abnormal skin in the constrained area was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total awareness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unplanned extubation in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For clinical neurosurgery patients, the stepped physical restraint nursing based on grade evaluation guidance can reduce the time of physical restraint and physical restraint compared with conventional physical restraint.Meanwhile, the occurrence of skin abnormalities is reduced, the awareness rate of patients'catheterization knowledge is improved, and the nursing satisfaction is improved. At the same time, the number of unplanned extubation cases is reduced, and the clinical nursing effect is prominent.
