Effect of Carboprost Methyl Ester Combined with Calcium Gluconate on Parturient in Cesarean Section
Objective:To study the effect of Carboprost Methyl Ester combined with Calcium Gluconate on parturient in cesarean section.Method:A total of 283 cases of cesarean section delivered in Sanming First Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected. They were divided into control group(140 cases)and study group(143 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was given Carboprost Methyl Ester, and the study group was given Calcium Gluconate on the basis of the control group.Postpartum blood loss volume, blood pressure, serum indexes, coagulation function before and 1 h after medication and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The postpartum blood loss volume of 2 h,12 h and 24 h in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after medication, there was no significant difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 h of medication, the serum calcium level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 h of medication, the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the fibrinogen were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carboprost Methyl Ester combined with Calcium Gluconate can reduce postpartum hemorrhage and improve serum calcium level and coagulation function in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
