Clinical Effect of Compound α-Ketoacid Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Insufficiency
Objective:To analyze the effect of Compound α-Ketoacid combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.Method:A total of 112 patients with chronic renal insufficiency who admitted to Nanping Tongdao Ren'ai Hospital from January 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by double chromosphere method,56 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was treated with Calcium Dobesilate,and the observation group was treated with Compound α-Ketoacid combined with Calcium Dobesilate.The clinical efficacy,renal function,blood pressure,phosphorus and calcium metabolism and nutritional indicators were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum uric acid(UA),serum phosphorus(P),systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr),serum calcium(Ca2+)and serum albumin(ALB)were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compound α-Ketoacid combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency can reduce blood pressure,improve renal function,regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and improve nutrition level.
