Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package Combined with Ginger Separated Moxibustion in Patients with Epigastric Pain of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with ginger separated moxibustion in patients with epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Method:A total of 80 patients with epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type who admitted to the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Guangdong Provincial Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with ginger separated moxibustion Chinese medicine nursing,and the control group was given basic medical nursing service for disease.The nursing effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,quality of life and nursing service satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of nursing and nursing service satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after 7 d of nursing,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after 7 d of nursing,the scores of physical function,physical pain,physical function and overall health in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with ginger separated moxibustion on patients with epigastric pain of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type is significant,which can relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.
