Application Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Drug Delivery Technology Combined with Rehabilitation Intervention in Patients with Low Back Pain of Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective:To investigate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine directional drug delivery technology combined with rehabilitation intervention in patients with low back pain of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 121 patients with with low back pain of lumbar disc herniation who received by the Second Department of Orthopaedics of Shaowu Municipal Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=61)according to the digital arrangement table method.The control group was given rehabilitation intervention,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine directional drug delivery technology on the basis of the control group.The Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in ODI score,JOA score,VAS score and quality of life between two groups before intervention(P＞0.05);the ODI score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,while the JOA score and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,the VAS scores after 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks of intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.08%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine directional drug delivery technology combined with rehabilitation intervention in patients with low back pain of lumbar disc herniation is beneficial to improve the lumbar function,relieve lumbar pain,improve quality of life and clinical efficacy.
