Effect of Fluticasone Propionate Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Chaiqin Xingpu Decoction in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Asthma
Objective:To investigate the effect of Fluticasone Propionate aerosol inhalation combined with Chaiqin Xingpu Decoction in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 86 children with bronchial asthma who admitted to Longyan People's Hospital from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Two groups were given basic treatment such as relieving asthma,relieving cough,anti-inflammatory and balancing water and electrolyte,the control group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate aerosol inhalation combined with Chaiqin Xingpu Decoction.The asthma control test (ACT) score,lung function indexes,disappearance times of clinical symptoms (pulmonary rales,cough),hospitalization time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the ACT scores,forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the cough disappearance time,lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the clinical efficacy was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.95%,which was higher than 9.30% in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Fluticasone Propionate aerosol inhalation combined with Chaiqin Xingpu Decoction in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can better improve the effect of asthma control,lung function,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time,and improve clinical efficacy.
