Effect of Calcium Dobesilate Combined with Amiotide Eye Drops in the Treatment of Nonproliferative Diabetic Retinopathy
Objective:To explore the effect of Calcium Dobesilate combined with Amiotide Eye Drops in the treatment of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR).Method:A total of 180 patients with NPDR admitted to Liuyang Jili Hospital from May 2022 to August 2023 were selected.They were divided into baseline group and experimental group acorrding to the random number table method,90 cases in each group.The baseline group was given Amiotide Eye Drops,and the experimental group was given Calcium Dobesilate Capsules based on the baseline group.The clinical efficacy,visual field related indexes,ocular artery blood flow,vascular endothelial function before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of baseline group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the grayscale value of visual field,macular thickness,hemangioma volume and blood spot area of both groups were decreased,and the grayscale value of visual field,macular thickness,hemangioma volume and blood spot area of experimental group were all lower than those of baseline group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity (PSV) and end-diastolic velocity (EDV) increased in both groups,and the resistance index (RI) decreased,PSV and EDV in experimental groups were higher than those in baseline group,and RI was lower than that in baseline group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) were decreased in both groups,the levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in experimental groups were lower than those in baseline group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Calcium Dobesilate and Amiodarone Eye Drops has good efficacy in the treatment of NPDR,which can improve the visual field problems and fundus lesions of patients,improve ocular blood flow,regulate endothelial function,and have few adverse reactions.
