Effect of Enteral Nutrition Tolerance Assessment Management Plan Combined with Bedside Sitting Method in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis Combined with Abdominal Hypertension
Objective:To observe the effect of enteral nutrition tolerance assessment management plan combined with bedside sitting method in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (AP) combined with abdominal hypertension (IAH).Method:A total of 100 patients with severe AP combined with IAH admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to April 2023 was retrospectively selected.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing,the control group was given bedside sitting method,and the observation group was given enteral nutrition tolerance assessment management program based on the control group.The nutritional indexes,immune function before and after 14 d of nursing and symptoms of enteral nutritional intolerance were compared between the two groups.Result:After 14 d of nursing,the levels of hemoglobin (HGB),transferrin (TRF),prealbumin (PAB) and albumin (ALB) in both groups were increased,and the levels of HGB,TRF,PAB and ALB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After 14 d of nursing,the levels of immunoglobulin A (IgA),immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) in both groups were increased,and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of enteral nutritional intolerance in observation group (10.00%) was lower than that in control group (28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with severe AP and IAH,the combination of bedside sitting method and enteral nutrition tolerance assessment management program can effectively improve their nutritional status,enhance the body's immune function,and reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal intolerance symptoms.
