Effect of Family Ward Family Nursing and Clinical Nurse Nursing on Ultra-low Weight Premature Infants
Objective:To analyze the effect of family ward family nursing and clinical nurse nursing on ultra-low weight premature infants.Method:A total of 200 ultra-low weight premature infants who admitted to Women and Children's Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given family ward family nursing combined with clinical nurse nursing,the growth and development,feeding,complete oral feeding time,oxygen therapy time,hospitalization time of premature infants,family anxiety level and care ability level,and complications of premature infants were compared between two groups.Result:The weight,length and head circumference of premature infants in the study group at discharge were better than those in the control group,and the increase of daily milk volume was more than that in the control group,while the feeding tolerance time,birth weight recovery time,complete oral feeding time,oxygen therapy time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the Chinese version of the family generalized anxiety scale (GAD-7) score for family members of the study group at discharge was lower than that of the control group,while the scores of care ability,care technology and care knowledge were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the incidence of anemia,hypoglycemia,pulmonary infection,indigestion,and hyperbilirubinemia in premature infants in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The family ward family nursing and clinical nurse nursing for ultra-low weight premature infants can improve feeding and growth and development,shorten the times of complete oral feeding,oxygen therapy and hospitalization,alleviate the anxiety of family members,improve the level of care ability and reduce complications.
