Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Cervical Cerclage Surgery
Objective:To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in patients with cervical cerclage surgery.Method:A total of 85 cervical cerclage surgery patients admitted to Xiamen University Affiliated Women and Children's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into intervention group (n=42) and control group (n=43) according to lottery method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given psychological nursing based on the control group.The psychological status,quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores of both groups were decreased,and the HAMD scores and HAMA scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological function,role physical,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health scores of both groups were decreased,and the physiological function,role physical,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in patients undergoing cervical cerclage surgery has a significant effect,which can effectively improve their psychological state and quality of life,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
