Application Effect of Pender Health Promotion Model Combined with ERAS Nusing in Patients Undergoing Urinary Flow Diversion Abdominal Wall Stomy for Bladder Cancer
Objective:To explore the application effect of Pender health promotion model combined with enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) nusing in patients undergoing urinary flow diversion abdominal wall stomy for bladder cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients undergoing urinary flow diversion abdominal wall stomy for bladder cancer admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given ERAS nursing,and the observation group was given Pender health promotion mode on the basis of the control group.The health behavior,hope level,quality of life before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of health responsibility,nutrition,stress management,physical activity,interpersonal relationship and mental health of both groups were increased,and the scores of health responsibility,nutrition,stress management,physical activity,interpersonal relationship and mental health of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of positive attitude,positive action and intimate relationship were increased in both groups,and the scores of positive attitude,positive action and intimate relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of common assessment and specific assessment of the two groups were increased,and the scores of common assessment and specific assessment of the two groups in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:ERAS nursing combined with Pender health promotion model can improve the health behavior,raise the level of hope and improve the quality of life in patients with urinary flow diversion abdominal wall stomy for bladder cancer.
