Effects of Beck's Cognitive Therapy Combined with Staged Rehabilitation Training on Patients Undergoing Lumbar Disc Herniation Surgery
Objective:To explore the effects of Beck's cognitive therapy combined with staged rehabilitation training on patients undergoing lumbar disc herniation surgery.Method:A total of 90 patients undergoing lumbar disc herniation surgery admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected. They were divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45) according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given Beck's cognitive therapy combined with staged rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Lumbar function before and after nursing, mental resilience, hope level, degree of kinesophobia before nursing and at discharge and rehabilitation exercise compliance were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association lumbar spine (JOA) score increased in both groups, and the JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).At discharge, the scores of Herth hope scale (HHI) and psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC) in both groups were increased, and the HHI and CD-RISC scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At discharge, kinesiophobia assessment scale (TSK) scores of the two groups were decreased, the TSK score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the rehabilitation exercise compliance score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Beck's cognitive therapy combined with staged rehabilitation training has a positive effect on patients undergoing lumbar disc herniation surgery, which can reduce the degree of kinesiophobia of patients, improve the hope level and psychological resilience of patients, and promote the improvement of postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients,so as to promote the improvement of lumbar spine function of patients.
