Effect of Tirofiban Combined with High Maintenance Dose of Atorvastatin on Prognosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome after Intervention Surgery
Objective:To observe the effect of Tirofiban combined with high maintenance dose of Atorvastatin on prognosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) after intervention surgery.Method:The clinical data of 50 patients with ACS undergoing interventional therapy who admitted to Tonghua People's Hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into the control group (only high maintenance Atorvastatin treatment,n=24) and observation group (Tirofiban combined with high maintenance Atorvastatin treatment,n=26) according to whether Tirofiban treatment was performed. The coronary blood flow grade, myocardial injury index and prognosis were compared between two groups.Result:The thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) blood flow grade in the observation group at 36 h after operation was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);at 6 months after operation, the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and troponin I (cTnI) in two groups were lower than those before operation, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the cardiovascular events and restenosis in the observation group were less than those in the control group within 6 months after operation, but the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Tirofiban combined with high maintenance dose of Atorvastatin can improve coronary blood flow perfusion and reduce myocardial injury in patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention, the improvement of prognosis needs to be further confirmed.
