Effect of Low Dose Dopamine in the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure in Elderly Patients
Objective:To investigate the effect of low dose Dopamine in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure in elderly patients.Method:From January 2021 to December 2022,80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Hospital of Sanming were enrolled in the study.According to the standard of random number table, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with routine therapy. The control group was treated with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic peptide combined with Levosimendan. The observation group was given low-dose of Dopamine on the basic of the control group. The clinical effect, related indexes and time indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, after treatment,24 h urine volume increased, heart rate, respiratory rate and amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) decreased in both groups, the 24 h urine volume, heart rate and NT-proBNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the improvement of heart failure and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-Dose dopamine is suitable for the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. It can significantly improve 24-hour urine output and heart rate, improve the treatment effect, shorten recovery time.
