Effect of Hufu Tongbian Scrapping Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressing with Beans in the Treatment of Cough Caused by Wind and Heat Invading Lung
Objective:To explore the effect of Hufu Tongbian scrapping combined with ear acupoint pressing with beans in the treatment of cough caused by wind and heat invading lung.Method:A total of 90 patients with cough caused by wind and heat invading lung who treated in Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were continuously included as the research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment such as relieving cough and resolving phlegm and routine nursing measures,the experimental group was given Hufu Tongbian scrapping combined with ear acupoint pressing with beans on the basis of the control group.The cough symptom score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,Leicester cough questionnaire (LCQ) score and efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the cough symptom scores and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the LCQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hufu Tongbian scrapping combined with ear acupoint pressing with beans in the treatment of cough caused by wind and heat invading lung can significantly relieve cough symptoms,improve traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,improve quality of life,and have a significant effect.
