Effect of Ear Acupoint Therapy on Pain Degree and Complications of Postoperative Patients Undergoing Holmium Laser Lithotripsy under Ureteroscopy
Objective:To study the effect of ear acupoint therapy on pain degree and complications of postoperative patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy.Method:A total of 100 postoperative patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy treated in the Department of Urology in Nanping People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given Diclofenac Sodium Suppository, and the observation group was given ear acupoint therapy based on the control group.Pain degree 24 h and 48 h after operation, complications and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Result:After 24 h and 48 h of operation, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score of the observation group after 24 h of operation was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear acupoint therapy can significantly reduce the occurrence of pain and complications after ureteral soft scope holmium laser lithotripsy, and can effectively improve the quality of sleep.
