Application of Chinese Medicine Hot Amniotic Bag Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke
Objective:To study the application of Chinese medicine hot amniotic bag combined with rehabilitation exercise in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Method:A total of 98 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the Internal Department One of Tingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group (n=48) and observation group (n=50) according to numerical tabulation method.The control group was given rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was given the traditional Chinese medicine hot amniotic bag on the basis of the control group.Muscle strength,motor function,balance ability,trunk control ability,quality of life before and after intervention and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the proportion of grade 3 muscle strength in observation group (10.00％) was lower than that in control group (31.25％),and the proportion of grade 4 muscle strength in observation group (90.00％) was higher than that in control group (68.75％),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer,Berg balance scale (BBS) and Sheikh in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of material life,physical function,social function and psychological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group (96.00％) was higher than that of the control group (77.08％),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting Chinese medicine hot amniotic bag combined with rehabilitation exercise can be conducive to the improvement of muscle strength,movement,balance and control ability,and enhance the quality of life and clinical efficacy.
