Diabetes with depression is more common in patients with late diabetes and poor blood glucose control,and the treatment of this disease takes a long time and costs a lot.Western medicine treatment focuses on improving symptoms and achieving treatment indicators from the perspective of depression manifestation,but the medication cycle is long and the side effects are larger.Traditional Chinese medicine treats diabetes and depression with a holistic concept as the core.In recent years,clinical studies on the treatment of diabetes and depression with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Deoction have gradually increased,with significant effects,but there is almost no theoretical discussion.Based on the review,this paper explores the theoretical basis and mechanism of the treatment of diabetes and depression with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Deoction,with a view to providing new ideas for the treatment of diabetes and depression in the future.
