Application Effect of Baofukang Gel in the Patients with Senile Vaginitis
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Baofukang Gel in the patients with senile vaginitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from April 2023 to April 2024.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Conjugated Estrogen Cream,and the observation group was given Baofukang Gel on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,vaginal inflammation symptom and sign scores,pH value,cellular immune index,and vaginal secretion detection indicators before treatment,after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the itching,burning sensation,and dryness scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the pH value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the observation group showed significantly higher levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of 37 amino acids at the N-terminus of cathelicidin LL-37,human beta defence-2(HBD-2),and human beta defence-3(HBD-3)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Baofukang Gel in senile vaginitis has good effect,high safety,and can significantly improve the local immune status of patients.
