Effect of Budesonide Nebulized Inhalation Combined with Gamma Globulin on Neonatal Pneumonia
Objective:To investigate the effect of Budesonide nebulized inhalation combined with gamma globulin on neonatal pneumonia.Method:A total of 100 children with neonatal pneumonia admitted to the Department of Neonatology of the Lianyungang Second People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic treatment, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Budesonide nebulized inhalation combined with gamma globulin on the basis of the control group. The disappearance time and length of hospital stay, and the inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The disappearance time of cough, sputum production and wheezing in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein, white blood cell count and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Budesonide nebulization inhalation and gamma globulin intervention can reduce serum inflammatory markers in neonatal pneumonia, help them recover early, and improve clinical efficacy.
