The Clinical Significance of Coagulation Six Parameters and Platelet Count Combined with Thrombosis Four Parameters in the Prognostic Assessment of Malignant Tumors
Objective:To investigates the clinical significance of six coagulation parameters[plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT),D-Dimer(D-D),and international normalized ratio(INR)],platelet count(PLT),and the thrombosis four parameters[plasma thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT),plasmin-α2 antiplasmin complex(PIC),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 complex(tPAI-C),and thrombomodulin(TM)]in the prognostic assessment of patients with malignant tumors.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on 118 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the Lianyungang Second People's Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024.General data of all patients were collected.General data were compared between the two groups. The correlation of six items of coagulation,PLT and thrombus four parameters with prognosis of patients with malignant tumor was analyzed. The prognostic value of six items of coagulation,PLT and thrombus four parameters in malignant tumor patients were analyzed.Result:The PT,APTT,tPAI-C and TM in the good response group were higher than those in the poor response group, while the TT,INR and PLT,FIB,D-D,TAT,PIC in the good response group were lower than those in the poor response group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlations with prognosis were TM,PIC,INR,D-D,PT,TAT,TT,FIB,APTT,tPAI-C and PLT from high to low.PT,APTT,tPAI-C,TM were positively correlated with prognosis,PLT,PIC,D-D,TT,TAT,FIB,INR were negatively correlated with prognosis(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and AUC of combined detection were 96.154%,89.130%and 0.960 respectively. Conclusion:The abnormalities of six indexes of coagulation, platelet count and thrombus four parameters are closely related to the progression of tumor, and can be used as an important means to evaluate the prognosis of malignant tumor.
