Impact of Proactive Care Combined with Emergency Procedure Optimization on Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To explore the impact of proactive care combined with emergency procedure optimization on the postoperative recovery of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 78 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given emergency procedure optimization for nursing intervention, and the observation group was given proactive care on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure, nerve and cognitive function, limb motor ability and daily living ability were compared between two groups.Result:The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)score, upper and lower limb motor ability scores, and modified Barthel index rating scale(MBI)score were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Proactive care combined with emergency procedure optimization can improve the blood pressure, nerve and cognitive function, limb motor ability and daily living ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, thus effectively promoting postoperative recovery.
