Application of Doctor-nurse-patient Collaboration Combined with Positive Factors Intervention in the Rehabilitation Management of Patients with Gastroparesis after Gastrointestinal Surgery
Objective:To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse-patient collaboration combined with positive factors intervention in the rehabilitation management of patients with gastroparesis after gastrointestinal surgery.Method:A total of 68 patients with gastroparesis after gastrointestinal surgery who admitted to Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects, according to the implementation time of doctor-nurse-patient collaboration combined with positive factors intervention,34 patients with gastroparesis after gastrointestinal surgery who received routine intervention from January 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group, and 34 patients who received doctor-nurse-patient collaboration combined with positive factors intervention from July 2022 to February 2024 were enrolled as the observation group. The psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],social support[multidimensional scale of perceived social support(MSPSS)],gastrointestinal function and quality of life[general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention, there were no statistical differences in the CD-RISC scores,MSPSS scores and GQOLI-74 scores between two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention, the CD-RISC scores,MSPSS scores and GQOLI-74 scores in two groups were increased, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance times of abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting and gastric emptying time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the gastric juice drainage volume was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Doctor-nurse-patient collaboration combined with positive factors intervention can effectively enhance the psychological resilience and social support of patients with gastroparesis after gastrointestinal surgery, improve the gastrointestinal function and promote the quality of life.
