Comparison of Effects of Intravascular Interventional Embolization and Craniotomy Clipping in the Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysm Rupture and Bleeding
Objective:To compare the effects of intravascular interventional embolization and craniotomy clipping in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm rupture and bleeding.Method:A total of 100 patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture and bleeding who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Neurosurgery,Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the observation group(intravascular interventional embolization)and the control group(craniotomy clipping)according to different surgical methods,50 cases in each group. The perioperative indicators, clinical efficacy, complications and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life score at 6 months after operation was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time and total effective rate 1 month after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with craniotomy clipping, intravascular interventional embolization for patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture and bleeding can reduce intraoperative blood loss, shorten hospitalization time, ensure clinical efficacy, reduce complications and improve postoperative quality of life.
