Analysis of Dysmenorrhea Condition and Risk Factors in Patients with Endometriosis
Objective:To observe dysmenorrhea condition in patients with endometriosis(EM)and analyze its risk factors.Method:A total of 100 patients with EM admitted to the First Hospital of Sanming City from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected. They were divided into dysmenorrhea group(n=52)and painless group(n=48)according to whether they had dysmenorrhea or not.General data of all patients were collected. The general data of the two groups was compared. The influencing factors of EM dysmenorrhea were analyzed.Result:The proportions of patients with dysmenorrhea aged≤35 years old, engaged in mental labor, did not receive medication treatment, had no regular sexual activity, and did not undergo EM surgery were higher than those in the painless group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The logistic analysis results showed that age≤35 years old and mental labor were risk factors for EM dysmenorrhea, while undergoing EM surgery and having regular sexual activity were protective factors for EM dysmenorrhea(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dysmenorrhea is a common accompanying symptom in EM patients, and its influencing factors include age≤35 years old, engaging in mental labor, undergoing EM surgery, and having regular sexual activity.Preventing these factors is expected to alleviate dysmenorrhea in EM patients.
