The Effect of Baofukang Suppository Combined with Human Interferon α 2a Suppository in the Treatment of Cervical HPV Infection
Objective:To observe the effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with Human Interferon α2a Suppository in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method:According to the random envelope method,80 cases of cervical HPV infection patients admitted to Zichang People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were divided into groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated with Human Interferon α2a Suppository,and the study group(40 cases)was treated with Bafukang Suppository combined with Human Interferon α2a Suppository.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment,the HPV conversion rate,CD3+and CD4+levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,CD8+,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of treating cervical HPV infection with Human Interferon α 2a Suppository,the auxiliary use of Baofukang Suppository can further eliminate HPV infection,reduce cervical inflammation stimulation,improve local environmental immune resistance,alleviate clinical symptoms,and have high treatment safety and practicality.
