Application Effect of Fengyoujing Combined with Massage Physiotherapy in Patients with Low Back Pain in Niger
Objective:To explore the application effect of Fengyoujing combined with massage physiotherapy in patients with low back pain in Niger.Method:A total of 80 patients with low back pain in Niger who admitted to the Outpatient Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the General Hospital of Niger from December 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Fengyoujing combined with massage physiotherapy,while the control group was given massage physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,the degree of low back pain[visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)]and quality of life[short form 36 health survey(SF-36)]were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the VAS score after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score and SF-36 score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Fengyoujing combined with massage physiotherapy in patients with low back pain in Niger is significant,which can relieve pain,improve low back pain and improve the quality of life.
