Effect of Esketamine Combined with Propofol on Hemodynamics during Induction Period of General Anesthesia in Elderly Patients Undergoing Tracheal Intubation
Objective:To study the effect of Esketamine combined with Propofol on hemodynamics during induction period of general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing tracheal intubation.Method:A total of 100 elderly patients with tracheal intubation general anesthesia who admitted to Dalang Hospital of Dongguan from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the control group(Sufentanil combined with Propofol anesthesia induction)and the observation group(Esketamine combined with Propofol anesthesia induction)according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The hemodynamic indexes during induction of general anesthesia with tracheal intubation and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the hemodynamic indexes between two groups at 3 min before induction(T1)(P>0.05);the diastolic blood pressure(SBP),systolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),cardiac output(CO),peripheral vascular resistance(SVR),stroke volume(SV)and pulse pressure variability(PPV)in the observation group at the time of induction(T2),5 min after induction(T3)and 10 min after induction(T4)were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during induction of general anesthesia was 44.00%,which was lower than 78.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Esketamine combined with Propofol in the induction period of general anesthesia for elderly patients with tracheal intubation has a relatively small impact on hemodynamics and a low incidence of adverse reactions.
