Effect of Rotatable Repetitively Open and Close Soft Tissue Clip Hemostasis under Digestive Endoscopy in Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective:To investigate the effects of using rotatable repetitively open and close soft tissue clip hemostasis under gastrointestinal endoscopy in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in Jinjiang City Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were taken as the study subjects, and according to the difference of hemostatic clips, the patients were divided into two group. The 50 cases in the observation group used rotatable repetitively open and close soft tissue clip hemostasis under gastrointestinal endoscopy, and 50 patients in the control group used metal titanium clips. The hemostatic effect, blood indexes, clinical indexes, complication rate, and recovery were compared between the two groups.Result:The immediate hemostasis rate of 90.00%and hemostatic efficiency of 96.00%in the observation group were higher than 74.00%and 80.00%in the control group, and the rebleeding rate of 2.00%in the observation group was lower than that of 18.00%in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment, the comparison of the albumin(ALB),hemoglobin concentration(HGB),platelets(PLT)levels of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 7 d of treatment,ALB,HGB,PLT levels in both groups increased compared with those before treatment, and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05).The number of hemostatic clips used and the amount of blood transfusion in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the time for hemostatic clips to fall off was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,and the complication rate of the control group was 12.00%,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The time for the disappearance of vomiting blood, the time for the conversion of fecal occult blood to negative, and the time of hospitalization were compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of gastrointestinal endoscopic rotatable repetitively open and close soft tissue clip hemostasis under the gastrointestinal endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can effectively improve the effect of hemostasis,as well as effectively improve the bleeding situation, reduce the occurrence of re-bleeding,and has a high degree of safety.
