Effect of Loop Steel Plate and Clavicular Hook Steel Plate in the Treatment of Distal Clavicular Fracture Combined with Acromioclavicular Dislocation
Objective:To compare the effect of loop steel plate and clavicular hook steel plate in the treatment of distal clavicular fracture combined with acromioclavicular dislocation.Method:A total of 70 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation combined with distal clavicular fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Tongzhou District People's Hospital,Nantong City from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clavicular hook steel plate,and the observation group was treated with loop steel plate.Perioperative indexes,shoulder joint function,shoulder joint pain and shoulder joint motion before surgery,at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The incision length and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the operation time was longer,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery,the activities of forward bend upward lift and abduction upward lift in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicular fracture,the treatment of loop steel plate is superior to clavicular hook plate for short and long term on shoulder motion and shoulder joint function,and the postoperative pain is less.
