Analysis of Clinical Diagnostic Efficacy of EB Virus NA1-IgA Combined with VCA-IgA Detection on Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic efficacy of EB virus NA1-IgA combined with VCA-IgA detection on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:Blood samples of 783 patients undergoing nasopharyngeal carcinoma two items(EB virus NA1-IgA and VCA-IgA)routine were retrospectively analyzed from January 1,2021 to July 26,2023 in the inpatient and outpatient of Hechi People's Hospital. All samples were detected by EB virus NA1-IgA and VCA-IgA.The detection rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in NA1-IgA and VCA-IgA and its combined positive was compared. The diagnosis condition of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by NA1-IgA and VCA-IgA combination was analyzed.Result:Among the 783 patients,155 cases(19.80%)were NA1-IgA positive,114 cases(14.56%)were VCA-IgA positive, and 85 cases(10.86%)were both NA1-IgA and VCA-IgA positive. The detection rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in NA1-IgA and VCA-IgA positive patients was significantly higher than that in NA1-IgA and VCA-IgA alone positive patients, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of NA1-IgA combined with VCA-IgA in diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 98.67%(74/75),90.00%(9/10)and 97.65%(83/85)respectively.Conclusion:The combined detection of EB virus NA1-IgA and VCA-IgA has high clinical diagnostic efficacy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
