Analysis of Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Postoperative Kinesiophobia in Patients with Lung Cancer
Objective:To investigate the current situation of postoperative kinesiophobia in patients with lung cancer,to analyze the main influencing factors leading to postoperative kinesiophobia, and to put forward nursing countermeasures.Method:A total of 160 patients with lung cancer surgery who admitted to Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from June 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects, the patients were grouped according to the Chinese version of Tampa scale of kinesiophobia(TSK),TSK score<38 points was divided into non-kinesiophobia and included in the non-occurrence group(n=102),TSK score≥38 points was divided into kinesiophobia and included in the kinesiophobia group(n=58).The clinical data of patients were collected to investigate the current situation of postoperative kinesiophobia in patients with lung cancer, and the univariate and multivariate logistic analysis of the related factors of postoperative kinesiophobia in patients with lung cancer were carried out.Result:Among 160 patients with lung cancer,58 patients(36.25%)had postoperative kinesiophobia. There were no significant difference in the age, gender, personal monthly income, educational level and surgical history between two groups(P>0.05);there were significant differences in the postoperative cough,pain,cancer-related fatigue and disease coping style between two groups(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that postoperative cough, pain and cancer-related fatigue were risk factors for postoperative kinesiophobia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative kinesiophobia in lung cancer patients is influenced by multiple factors, primarily postoperative cough, pain, and cancer-related fatigue.Targeted nursing interventions should be implemented to mitigate these risks, enhancing quality of life and prognosis.
