Effect of Problem-oriented Intervention Mode Nursing on Psychology,Sleep and Self-care Ability of Elderly Patients with Parkinson's Disease
Objective:To explore the effect of problem-oriented intervention mode nursing on elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Method:A total of 115 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease who admitted in the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2020 to July 2023 were selected and they were divided into control group(57 cases)and study group(58 cases)by envelope method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention for Parkinson's disease,and the study group was given problem-oriented intervention mode nursing.The psycho-emotional,sleep quality assessment and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and depress self-rating scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of problem-oriented intervention mode nursing on elderly patients with Parkinson's disease can effectively improve psychological and emotional performance,improve sleep quality,and enhance self-care ability.
