Clinical Effect of Chaizhi Decoction Combined with Acupuncture of Meridians and Collaterals Cupping in the Treatment of Upper Abdominal Pain Syndrome of Shaoyang Syndrome of Functional Dyspepsia
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Chaizhi Decoction combined with acupuncture of meridians and collaterals cupping in the treatment of upper abdominal pain syndrome of Shaoyang syndrome of functional dyspepsia(FD-EPS).Method:Fifty FD-EPS patients with Shaoyang syndrome admitted to the Chongqing University Affiliated Three Gorges Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with Chaizhi Decoction combined with acupuncture of meridians and collaterals cupping.The clinical effect and psychological emotion before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of FD-EPS,the application of Chaizhi Decoction combined with acupuncture of meridians and collaterals cupping has a remarkable effect,and can also improve patients'bad mood.
