Clinical Effect of Jianpi Ziyin Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Cardiac Function
Objective:To explore the application effect of Jianpi Ziyin Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in coronary heart disease and its influence on cardiac function.Method:A total of 120 CHD patients admitted to Jiading District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shanghai from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,the control group was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the observation group was given Jianpi Ziyin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood lipid indicators,cardiac function,related indicators before and after treatment,and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in both groups decreased,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while HDL-C was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased in both groups,while the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)decreased,the LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),and endothelin-1(ET-1)decreased in both groups,while the level of nitric oxide(NO)increased,the levels of hs CRP,Hcy,and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of NO was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Jianpi Ziyin Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the heart function and blood lipid level of patients with coronary heart disease,regulate vascular endothelial function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and do not increase adverse reactions.
