目的:探讨穴位贴敷辅助治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD)的效果。方法:选取 2020 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月于常熟市中医院治疗的 85 例肺肾气虚型COPD患者作为研究对象，根据随机数表法将患者分为常规治疗组(常规西医治疗，n=42)与穴位贴敷联合治疗组(穴位贴敷联合常规西医治疗，n=43)。比较两组肺功能[呼气流量峰值(peak expiratory flow，PEF)、第 1 秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second，FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(forced vital capacity，FVC)]，运动功能[6 分钟步行试验距离(6-minute walk distance，6MWD)、30 s坐立次数试验(thirty-second sit-to-stand test，30 s SST)]，血气分析指标[二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of carbon dioxide，PCO2)、血氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen，PO2)]及治疗效果。结果:治疗后，两组PEF、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、6MWD、30 s SST、PO2 较治疗前升高，且穴位贴敷联合治疗组高于常规治疗组，两组PCO2 较治疗前降低，且穴位贴敷联合治疗组低于常规治疗组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05);穴位贴敷联合治疗组治疗总有效率高于常规治疗组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。结论:肺肾气虚型COPD患者在西医常规治疗基础上联合穴位贴敷可改善肺功能、运动功能及血气分析指标，从而提高治疗效果。
Effect of Acupoint Application in the Adjuvant Treatment of COPD of Pulmonary and Renal Qi Deficiency Pattern
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint application in the adjuvant treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of pulmonary and renal Qi deficiency pattern.Method:A total of 85 patients with COPD of pulmonary and renal Qi deficiency pattern who treated in Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the conventional treatment group(routine western medicine treatment,n=42)and the acupoint application combined treatment group(acupoint application combined with routine western medicine treatment,n=43)according to the random number table method.The pulmonary function[peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC)],motor function[6-minute walk distance(6MWD),thirty-second sit-to-stand test(30 s SST)],blood gas analysis indexes[partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO2),partial pressure of oxygen(PO2)]and therapeutic effect were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the PEF,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,6MWD,30 s SST and PO2 in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the acupoint application combined treatment group were higher than the conventional treatment group,the PCO2 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the acupoint application combined treatment group was lower than that in the conventional treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,acupoint application can improve pulmonary function,motor function and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with COPD of pulmonary and renal Qi deficiency pattern,so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
