Clinical Effect of Shengjie Tongyu Decoction Combined with Baduanjin in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shengjie Tongyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Method:A total of 86 patients with CHF with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who admitted to Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the study group(n=43)and control group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Metoprolol,and the study group was treated with Shengjie Tongyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,cardiac function and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the 6-minute walking test(6MWT)were higher than those before treatment,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those before treatment,those in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of MACE in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengjie Tongyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can improve clinical efficacy,reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,improve heart function,and reduce the incidence of MACE.
