To Explore the Clinical Effect of Amisulpride Combined with Diazepam in the Treatment of Schizophrenic Patients
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of amisulpride(ASPD)combined with diazepam in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia(SP).Method:A total of 188 SP patients admitted to the Third Hospital of Anxi County from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected for study. All patients were randomly divided into group A(n=96)and group B(n=92).The group A was treated with ASPD,while the group B was treated with diazepam on the basis of group A.The clinical effects, mental status, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive symptom score of group B was lower than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in negative symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of GQOLI-74 in both groups were significantly increased, and the scores in group B were higher than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:ASPD combined with diazepam in the treatment of SP patients can improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients, can control positive symptoms faster, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
