丁苯酞联合脑脉泰治疗对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的效果

目的:观察对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者应用丁苯酞联合脑脉泰的具体效果。方法:选取 2021 年 11 月—2023 年 9 月青海省中医院收治的 200 例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各 100 例。对照组接受丁苯酞口服治疗,观察组接受丁苯酞口服联合脑脉泰口服治疗,两组均连续治疗 3 个月,并随访 4 个月。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损水平[神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(MRS)]、认知功能评分(MMSE)、血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、血清同型半胱氨酸水平(HCY)以及脑血管功能。结果:治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、MRS评分均低于对照组,MMSE高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);治疗后,观察组BDNF高于对照组,HCY低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者联用丁苯酞和脑脉泰效果较好,可促进患者神经功能恢复,改善认知功能,有效调节血清BDNF、HCY指标。
The Effect of Combination Therapy of Butylphthalide and Naomaitai on Cognitive Impairment Patients after Stroke
Objective:To investigate the specific effects of using butylphthalide combined with Naomaiti in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.Method:A total of 200 patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction admitted to Qinghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group while observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received oral butylphthalein therapy,and the observation group received oral butylphthalein combined with oral nomai therapy.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months,and they were followed up for 4 months.The levels of neurological impairment(NIHSS),modified Rankin scale(MRS),cognitive function score(MMSE),serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),serum homocysteine level(HCY)and cerebrovascular function were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the NIHSS score and MRS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the MMSE was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the BDNF of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,and the HCY was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of butylphthalein and Naomaitai is effective in patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke,which can promote the recovery of neurological function,improve cognitive function,and effectively regulate serum BDNF and HCY indexes.
