Clinical Effect of Ultrasound-guided Vacuum Biopsy System Assisted Minimally Invasive Gyrotomy in the Treatment of Multiple Benign Breast Nodules
Objective:To study the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided vacuum biopsy system assisted minimally invasive gyrotomy in the treatment of multiple benign breast nodules.Method:106 patients with multiple benign nodules in breast admitted to Jian'ou Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as study group. In addition,109 patients with multiple benign nodules of breast admitted to Jian'ou Municipal Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the reference group. In the study group,ultrasound-guided vacuum biopsy system assisted minimally invasive gyrotomy was performed. While the reference group was treated with traditional surgical resection.Perioperative indexes, postoperative complications, levels of serum inflammatory factors and pain factors, and satisfaction with breast appearance were compared between the two groups.Result:The study group was better than the reference group in perioperative indexes, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups were higher than those before surgery, but the levels in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)in 2 groups were higher than those before surgery, but the study group were lower than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of breast appearance in the study group was higher than that in the reference group 1 and 2 months after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided vacuum biopsy system assisted minimally invasive gyrotomy has a good effect on the treatment of multiple benign breast nodules, which can promote the early recovery of patients, reduce the risk of complications, alleviate inflammation and pain, and reduce trauma.
