Analysis on the Preventive Effect of Hypothermia during the Process of Blood Purification in ICU Patients with Early Thermal Insulation Nursing
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of early thermal insulation nursing in the process of blood purification of patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Method:130 patients who received blood purification treatment in ICU of the First Affilated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random method. The control group(n=64)received routine nursing, while the observation group(n=66)received early insulation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The effect of heat preservation,ICU stay time, incidence of chills, hypothermia and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 4 h,8 h and 12 h after blood purification(P<0.05).The incidence of chills and hypothermia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ICU stay time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early thermal insulation nursing has a good thermal insulation effect in the process of blood purification of ICU patients, can shorten the length of ICU stay, reduce the incidence of chills and hypothermia, and higher nursing satisfaction.
