Evaluate the Effect of Midwifery Management on Parturient Labor Pain
Objective:To explore the effect of free position midwifery combined comprehensive system to evaluate midwifery management on labor pain in primipara.Method:A total of 122 puerpera who underwent vaginal delivery in the Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were divided into the study group and the conventional group with 61 cases.The conventional group performed free position midwifery,the study group performed the combined comprehensive system evaluation of midwifery management.The childbirth self-efficacy inventory(CBSEI-32)scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and childbirth anxiety scale(CAQ)scores of the two groups were compared.The amount of blood loss and hospital stay during and after delivery were recorded,and the delivery results of the two groups were compared.Result:The CBSEI-C32 score in study group was higher than that in conventional group,the VAS score was in study group lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the before intervention,the CAQ score and HAMA score descreased after intervention,and the study group were lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The bleeding,postpartum bleeding and hospitalization time in study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in conventional group,but the vaginal delivery and perineal resection in study group rate was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Free position midwifery combined with comprehensive system evaluation of midwifery management can improve self-efficacy of primioare,reduce labor pain in primipara,shorten labor process,reduce the amount of blood loss during delivery,and postpartum blood loss,and reduce hospital stay.
